When you access the website, technically necessary information is transmitted to the web server. This may include, in particular, IP address, date and time of access, page or file accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type, operating system, referrer URL and the requesting provider.
This information is processed so that the website can be delivered securely and reliably, technical errors can be identified and abusive access can be prevented. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website. Log data is only stored for as long as it is necessary for these purposes or to fulfill legal obligations.
A hosting service provider is used as a processor for technical operations. It will not be passed on for advertising purposes.

When you contact BeaDerm, the information you provide will be processed to respond to your request and, if necessary, to prepare an appointment or treatment. Depending on the content of the request, the legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR or Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
With WhatsApp, communication takes place via a service from Meta. Connection and contact data can be processed by Meta. Please only use WhatsApp if you agree to this method of communication. Medical documents or particularly sensitive health information should not be sent unsolicited via unencrypted messages.
Contact and treatment data will only be retained for as long as it is needed for processing, treatment or legal documentation and retention obligations.
4. Online appointments and external offers
The website does not automatically integrate external appointments, maps or social media content. It only contains clearly marked links to external providers. Only when you open such a link will you leave the BeaDerm website and the respective provider can process data under its own responsibility.
This applies in particular to:
- Doctolib for appointments that can be booked online,
- Google Maps for route planning,
- WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook for contact and social media,
- Doctify for reviews as well
- the external Aloe Vera skincare shop.
The data protection information of the respective provider applies to data processing on these external sites. By simply displaying an external link, BeaDerm does not receive any information about whether you have an account there.
5. Cookies, audience measurement and advertising
If the website is later supplemented with functions that require consent, these functions will only be activated after your selection and this data protection declaration will be updated accordingly.
6. Your rights
Within the framework of the legal requirements, you have the right in particular to:

7. Data security and changes
The website is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS. BeaDerm and the service providers used take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, complete protection during transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed.
This privacy policy will be adjusted if functions, service providers or legal requirements change.
